How to order online?

At ARTELIA, you can submit your order over the phone, by email or online.
Our online order system is secure, easy-to-use, and quick. You can review and make changes to your order nearly every step of the way.

Step one: adding products to your basket

Select the products you wish to order by clicking the ‘Add to Basket’ button. You can review or amend the contents of your shopping basket at any time. When you are satisfied with your shopping basket, please click the ‘Checkout’ button to go to next step.

Step two: checkout

Please fill in all obligatory fields. We only ask for the information needed to complete your order and even have a 'post code finder' to help you fill your details out quickly. Your data will be kept confidential (see our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy).

Step three: billing address

Enter your billing address and tell us how you want to pay.

Step four: delivery address

Now let us know where we should send your order (if different from your billing address).

Step five: checking everything is correct and submitting your order

Before you submit your order, you have the chance to make sure that everything is correct. Please check the products (including colour!), the delivery and billing addresses, and your contact information. Do read through our terms and conditions and tick the box to confirm you agree with them. When you’re ready, click ‘Submit Order’ to send it to us.

Step six: order confirmation

After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent an acknowledgement email to the email address you entered during checkout. We encourage you to review the order and advise us of any spelling or numerical mistakes so that we can quickly make any necessary changes.

After you have ordered

Once you’ve ordered, we’ll keep you updated by phone and email.
When it does arrive, please inspect the packaging closely, as it’s easier to fix the problem if your driver is still with you.
